Mr. RESISTR will improve

How to use: Attach 24' heavy
duty resistance cord to a stationary object, and fasten the padded belt around
your waist. Next, get into the starting position with the resistance cord
extended (not touch-ing the ground, about 25' from the stationary object). Run
forward against the resistance 5 to 7 strides. Walk back to starting position
and start again. We recommend 1-2 sets of 10 with 5-10minutes rest between
sets. MR. RESISTR will best help when used 2 times per week in pre-season,and 1
time per week during the competitive season (only 1 set recommended during
competitive season ).We recommend that you use spikes while using MR.
RESISTR.
