championships. Larry is the founder and President of the Glenarden Track Club
since 1983. In 1993 Larry ran a 55.10 400m at 56 years old. That is quite an
accomplishment. But, in 1994 his coach (Stan Mullins) introduced him to
ARMPOWER+. After training
with ARMPOWER+ for 1 year Larry ran a 53.33 400m at age 58 ! With this effort
he captured the Silver Medal at the Masters World Championships in Buffalo, NY
in 1995. Larry attributes the, near 2 second, drop in his time to the upper
body strength that he gained by using ARMPOWER+. Larry said he never thought
that he would run that fast again! "My coach and I were very pleased with the
results. I continue to use ARMPOWER+ with my athletes on both the High School
and the Summer Track programs."
